Indian Chandan Art

In an effort to explore the influence of East Indian migration to Trinidad and Tobago, and in celebration of the cultural, fashion, and religious contributions they have made to our melting pot, we decided to conduct a photography session featuring Chandan Art. This art is the very detailed makeup that is usually applied to the forehead of East Indian women in preparations for special celebrations such as weddings, and other religious events. Of course, we once again called on the services of our favourite Make Up Artist (@ColourMeBeautiful) to assist us with attaining the perfect look.
